Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to availability. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in for all guests. The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest who fails to provide valid identification.

Payment Policy

Payment can be made via cash, UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer. Full payment is required at check-in unless prior arrangements have been made. GST invoice will be provided upon request.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform us in advance if you require these services.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests. The hotel reserves the right to evict any guest engaging in illegal activities, causing damage to property, or creating a nuisance without refund.

Liability

Hotel Royal Galaxy is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables. The hotel is not responsible for any injury or accident occurring on the premises.

Modifications

The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the guest to review the current terms before making a booking.
