Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund. No cancellation fees will be charged.
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay. The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded.
No-Show Policy
If a guest does not check in on the scheduled date without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be provided.
Early Check-out
If you choose to check out earlier than the reserved date, a refund for the unused nights will not be provided unless prior arrangements have been made at the time of booking.
Group Bookings
For group bookings of 3 or more rooms, different cancellation terms may apply. Please contact us directly for group booking cancellation policies.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please contact our support team for any refund-related queries.
